Laura had her first Body Talk session after viewing a DVD with Body Talk founder John Veltheim. After the miraculous recovery of a friend’s cat after an Animal Talk session, and personal results beyond her wildest dreams following BodyTalk sessions, she was sold on BodyTalk as an amazing, all-encompassing holistic healthcare modality. She quickly became a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner and BodyTalk Access Technician, and now she currently coordinates for Access in Los Angeles. Laura also recently completed Mindscape, and uses these advanced techniques in her sessions.

Laura’s background has an emphasis on sports. As a former college basketball player and college track athlete, Laura went into coaching and studying sports nutrition after college. A former NCAA head basketball coach, she has also enjoyed coaching high school basketball and volleyball and working with student athletes in the classroom. Laura founded Sports Dreammakers Inc. in 2005, and has served student athletes in schools all over the United States, Canada, and Jamaica. Laura’s practice, BodyTalk Malibu, specializes in serving athletes at the elite level, those on the bench, and even those who have never picked up a basketball or football in their lives and addresses the whole person, as well as sports performance related issues.
